Please include your order number in the payment reference. We begin processing your order once the payment has been credited to our bank account.

Online payments

Depending on the options available at checkout, you may be able to pay using:

• Shoper Payments / Autopay;
• Przelewy24;
• PayPal;
• a Visa or Mastercard payment card;
• instalment payments, if available for your order.

Autopay S.A. provides online payment processing for payments made through Shoper Payments / Autopay. Other online payments are processed by the payment provider selected at checkout. We begin processing your order once we receive confirmation that the online payment has been completed successfully.

Refunds

If a refund is due, we will generally use the same payment method you used for your purchase, unless we agree on another method that does not involve any additional cost to you.
