Returns and complaints

For returns:

The customer has the right to withdraw from the concluded sale agreement within 14 days of receiving the ordered goods without specifying a reason.

In order to return the goods, please inform the store about the return to the e-mail address: kontakt@artndoll.pl, attaching the return form and proof of purchase and send the order or a part of it to the following address:

The refund shall be made within 14 days by bank transfer to the account indicated in the return form. The return includes the price of the returned products and costs of delivery.

For complaints:

The customer has the right to file a complaint by contacting the Seller at the following e-mail address: kontakt@artndoll.pl.

The seller may ask for photographic documentation or additional information about the defective product.

A complaint is considered within 14 days. If it is approved, the Customer will receive a new product free from defects at the Seller’s expense.
